Service is the heartbeat of every Lions club. Without meaningful service, our clubs would cease to be relevant and useful in our communities. As Global Service Team Coordinator for 2024-25, I look forward to sharing with all club members, information on new possible services for your club, helping where I can to make your club’s services more impactful and meeting the goals of service set out by our District Governor. Your club’s success in meaningful service has a ripple effect that can change lives! Reporting service is key to Lions Clubs International and is also very important to your club and your district. It is a record in history (similar to your club minutes) of the service your club members provided to their community, individuals and beyond. Our Multiple District GST has endorsed the Soles4Souls program and is hoping that clubs everywhere will consider doing a shoe drive to support this amazing program.
